HOLZER HOLZER & FISTEL, LLC ANNOUNCES THAT IT HAS FILED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF INVESTORS IN METROPCS COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
ATLANTA, GA - - (Marketwire - December 17, 2009) - - Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC announces that it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of purchasers of MetroPCS Communications, Inc. ("MetroPCS" or the "Company")(NYSE: PCS) common stock who purchased shares between February 26, 2009 and November 4, 2009 (the "Class Period"). The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that the Company misrepresented the rate at which it was losing customers. The complaint further alleges that the Company failed to disclose that certain promotional activities caused new subscriber numbers to be artificially inflated.
If you purchased shares of MetroPCS common stock during the Class Period, you have the legal right to petition the Court to be appointed a "lead plaintiff." A lead plaintiff is a representative party that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Any such request must satisfy certain criteria and be made no later than February 15, 2010.
