ATLANTA, GA - (Marketwire –February 14, 2012) - Holzer Holzer & Fistel,
LLC announces that it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for
the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of Eastman Kodak Company ("Kodak" or
the "Company") (OTC: EKDKQ.PK) common stock who purchased shares between January 26, 2011 and
September 23, 2011, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The lawsuit alleges, among other things,
that Kodak knew but failed to disclose that: (a) Kodak's business model was not working as,
according to the complaint, the Company was unable to leverage its extensive portfolio and
scale of products and services in a strategically beneficial manner; (b) Kodak's cash position
was much more precarious than defendants' statements suggested; and (c) based on the foregoing,
defendants lacked a reasonable basis for, among other things, their positive statements about
Kodak's turnaround.
If you purchased Kodak common stock during the Class Period, you have the legal right to petition the Court to be appointed a "lead plaintiff." A lead plaintiff is a representative party that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Any such request must satisfy certain criteria and be made no later than April 10, 2012.
