ATLANTA, GA - - (Businesswire – January 18, 2012) - - Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC is investigating whether the directors of Convio, Inc. (“Convio” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CNVO) complied with their fiduciary duties in approving the proposed acquisition of the Company by Blackbaud, Inc. According to the Company’s announcement, if the deal closes Convio shareholders will receive $16.00 per share of CNVO owned.
